GLOBAL EXOD declines any responsibility in particular:

Personal data


Characteristics of the data collected


The personal data collected and subsequently processed by GLOBAL EXOD are those that the USERS voluntarily transmit via the WEBSITE to GLOBAL EXOD. This may include the following information: surname, first name, telephone number, e-mail address, company, position, address, city, postal code, state/province, country.


Purpose of collecting personal data


The USERS authorize GLOBAL EXOD to save this personal information in a GLOBAL EXOD file, in view of the execution of its services, the automated profiling of USERS, customer management, market research, commercial or promotional offers.


Your data is processed for one or more purposes. Each purpose is detailed below:


To execute your pre-order, to carry out the operations related to the management of the customers concerning the pre-orders, deliveries, invoices and follow-ups of the relation with the customers: Personal data are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship. Personal data may be archived for probationary purposes. Concerning the data related to your credit card, they are kept by our payment service provider, until the receipt of the goods and plus your withdrawal period. Personal data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and extended by a period of 3 years from the end of the contract.


To build a database of customers and prospects: When you are a customer, the data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and is deleted after a period of 3 years from the end of the commercial relationship. For prospects, the data is kept from the date of their gathering or the last contact from the prospect.


To send newsletters, solicitations and promotional announcements: When you are a customer, the data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship. When you are a prospect, the data is kept from the date of their collection or the last contact from you. We may contact you again to see if you wish to continue to receive commercial communications.


We will remove the personal data of people who have been inactive for 3 years from our database. This is the right to be forgotten. We can also anonymize these data in order to keep them for their statistical value. The conservation of accounting documents is 10 years from the end of the financial year. This concerns, for example, the accounting documents (order form, delivery or reception form, customer and supplier invoice...).


Transmission of data to third parties


The data collected may be, as far as it proves to be necessary with respect to the purposes stated above, transmitted to GLOBAL EXOD's service providers (IT service providers, hosts, etc.) in order to respond favorably to the USERS's requests.


As part of the tools we use, your data may be transferred outside the European Union. The transfer of your data in this context is secured by the means of the following tools:

In the absence of mediation, the jurisdictional competence is that of the French courts. The competent court will be designated according to the rules of procedure in France at the time of the litigation.
